Carving a Thanksgiving Turkey

Today is a very speacial day for USA people. If you want to share with them the art of curving a good turkey, here you are a very practical video taken from NYT to do it ;)

    Thanksgiving day...

    It's traditional to eat turkey in this special day for American's people, but also, it's tradicional to prepare Pumpkin Pie, Corns or Cranberry Sauce...

    I didn't know too many things about this traditional custom in America, but I was reading an article about it and I realised that it is really special for American's people. I compared it with our Christmas's day (25th of December),but they use to celebrate the fourth Thursday of November.
