Barajas chaos

Imagine that you have been working these days at Iberia, Barajas airport. You need to calm down many tourist waiting to fly.

  1. Good morning sirs. I am terribly sorry but some flights are delayed because of bad weather conditions. I am here to help you and I will try that everybody has what needs.
    Please first I request you listen me, I have not more information and I can say this only. I hope that you understand this situation and when I know something more I will comunicate you. Now Nobody can to do much more. Please, I request you have patient and mantain the calm. I stay here to help you but now you must be wait untill everything is right....
