Famed El Bulli chef Ferran Adria accused of 'poisoning' his diners - Telegraph

As you may have read in the news this week, a very famous Spanish cooker, Santi Santamaría, has accused one of his colleagues, the also well-known Ferran Adria, of using dangerous product to created his most sophisticated dishes. This information has been transformed into articles like this one, found in the Daily Telegraph.

Do you think this kind of articles could damage the good image of Spanish gastronomy?

I suppose that Ferran Adria would like to change those unfortunate words. Probably he was trying to descredit Santi, without being conscious that he was damaging himself and all the Spanish cousine.

Santi Santamaría was supported by 800 Spanish cooks but the most part of them recognize that French cousine must be "frotándose las manos" with this scandal.

In my opinion the accusation of Ferran is damaging for the Spanish cousine because it is a confusing information about the prestigious of our well-known food.

    Are you agree? ;o)

  3. Hello, maybe it's too late to post this message, because this story was happened in 2008, but I didn't hear about this scandal. In my opinion, the Ferran Adria's cuisine isn't representative of Spanish cuisine. I respect Ferran, I don't know his plates, but it's only a specific case in the cuisine's world. But it's very curious that I didn't read this in Spanish newspapers.

    Best Regards
